Our portfolio of education and training programs encompasses a wide variety of different disciplines and targets a diverse clientele. We strive to teach and train management/technical personnel who are working in industry, provide assistance to entrepreneurs, and advise regulatory employees. Some of these programs are offered in Schaub Hall, while others are delivered via distance education courses.

Food Safety Education & Training
Our expert faculty and staff provide professional training for management, technical personnel, and other employees in the food industry, government, and nongovernmental organizations.
