The NC State University Department of Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences is dedicated to improving the lives of North Carolina citizens through research, extension and outreach. Our faculty, staff and students provide a variety of programming to industry. Our specialists work in various commodity areas (e.g. beverage, dairy, meat, poultry, produce, and seafood processing, etc.), helping many organizations both locally and nationally with an emphasis on industry development and sustainability. We connect our industry partners to the various forms of online resources that are available to them, including our own series of extension publications.
