The 2017 Food Science Summer Scholar Program is an undergraduate research program that will run from May 29-August 3, 2017. Students will receive their own research project for the 10-week food science summer research experience. The program includes a stipend ($2,500) and on campus housing (or a housing stipend of $1,500), and a paid trip to the annual Institute of Food Technologists meeting.
