Carol works coordinating the program for the Food Systems Leadership Institute (FSLI) which is a leadership development program for leaders throughout the country.  She shares her time equally managing the Southeast Dairy Foods Research Center (SDFRC) which is one of six national centers funded and directed by Dairy Management Inc. (DMI).
